By doing so, a pharmacy technician salary can be as high as $40,000 annually. They can even get more if they reach the supervisor position at the pharmacy. This is only if the pharmacy technician would really be working hard to achieve that position. The pharmacy technician's job performance will be close monitored by the pharmacist, but he can expect to be promoted to a higher position if he truly deserves it.
